Princeton takes a perfect 9-0 record into its regular-season finale against Fairfield High School at Jake Sweeney Automotive Stadium on Friday, Oct. 23.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. The Greater Miami Conference (GMC) matchup doubles as Senior Night for the Vikings, who are unbeaten in six designated home games. The game will air on ESP Media.

Princeton enters the week ranked No. 1 in the WLWT Blitz 5 Top 25 and No. 5 in the statewide Ohio Big 25 compiled by cleveland.com. The Vikings are in position to claim the top seed in OHSAA Division I, Region 4, as we reported Monday, Oct. 19.

Since Week 3, Princeton has averaged 46.6 points per game, according to WLWT. The offense runs through quarterback Monsanna Torbert, a Michigan commit who opened the Friday, Oct. 16, win over Oak Hills High School with an 18-yard touchdown run, according to cleveland.com. Torbert did not touch the ball again that night. Backup quarterback Key'Sean Torbert completed 12 of 19 passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns, while running back Jordan Hall added 116 yards rushing and two scores in the 39-7 rout.

On defense, senior Gianni Simpson picked off two passes against Oak Hills, giving him six interceptions on the season, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Fairfield (5-4, 4-4 GMC) arrives on a three-game winning streak. The team is 3-0 since sophomore Parker Randall took over as starting quarterback, according to WLWT. In their most recent game, Fairfield ran for more than 300 yards in a 47-20 win over Hamilton. Running back Mason Wheeler carried 14 times for 177 yards and two touchdowns in that game, the Enquirer reported.

The Vikings have handled ranked opponents before. In their tightest game of the season, Princeton survived six turnovers to beat then-No. 3 Lakota West High School 27-24 on Sept. 18, according to TriStateFootball.com.

"You don't have six turnovers and win a game," head coach Andre Parker told TriStateFootball.com after the Lakota West win in September. "You have to be a special team to do that."

A win Friday would send Princeton into the OHSAA playoffs at 10-0 with a first-round bye and the top seed in the Division I, Region 4 bracket.
