Police recovered stolen vehicles in Sharonville tied to a monthlong car theft spree after Green Township police arrested Diamon Glenn III, as WLWT first reported Thursday, Sept. 24.

Officers found Glenn's fingerprints inside several of the cars reported stolen, Green Township police said. The fingerprint evidence linked Glenn to vehicles taken across Green Township and Delhi Township over a span of roughly five weeks.

Court documents show the charges date back to Aug. 21, when a gun was allegedly stolen from a car on Eula Avenue in Green Township. At least four cars were stolen after that initial theft, investigators said.

The stolen vehicles were recovered in Sharonville and Dayton. In one instance, Glenn allegedly abandoned a stolen car in Green Township and stole another.

A judge set Glenn's bond at $120,000. Green Township police said they expect more charges to be filed as the investigation continues.

Glenn faces multiple counts of theft, receiving stolen property and having weapons while under disability. Glenn is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center, and police expect more charges.

Sharonville vehicle theft numbers

The city's police department recorded 42 motor vehicle thefts in both 2022 and 2023, according to the Sharonville Police Department's 2024 annual report. That number dropped to 34 in 2024.

In 2025, Sharonville police recorded 32 motor vehicle thefts, according to city council meeting minutes from July. The department made 664 total arrests that year, up from 549 in 2024.

The spree stretched across multiple jurisdictions. Green Township and Delhi Township, on Cincinnati's west side, saw the thefts. Sharonville and Dayton saw the recoveries.
