The Cincinnati Bengals opened their 2026 training camp July 29, and fans along the Princeton corridor have five more free chances to watch the team practice at the Kettering Health Practice Fields in downtown Cincinnati. The fields sit about 15 miles south of Sharonville and Springdale via I-71, roughly a 20-to-25-minute drive without traffic.
Here's what to know before heading south.
Free public practices
All open practices at the Kettering Health Practice Fields run from 10 a.m. to noon, with gates opening at 9:30 a.m. No ticket is required. Remaining dates:
- Thursday, July 30
- Monday, August 3
- Tuesday, August 4
- Sunday, August 16
The entrance is at the corner of Central Avenue and West Pete Rose Way, just west of Paycor Stadium. Capacity is limited and admission is first-come, first-served, so arriving early matters. Bleacher seating lines the fields, with standing room along the sidelines.
Friday night stadium practice
The marquee fan event is a free practice inside Paycor Stadium on August 7, running from 6 to 7:30 p.m., according to Fox 19. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. with family-friendly activities and photo opportunities throughout the stadium.
Unlike the outdoor sessions, this one requires a free ticket claimed through the Bengals app. Tickets became available July 23, so fans should check the app for remaining availability.
Rules and logistics
The NFL Clear Bag Policy applies to all practices and the stadium event. Details on permitted bag sizes are at bengals.com/bagpolicy.
Concessions and Bengals merchandise are available at the practice fields, but only credit and debit cards are accepted. Parking is available in Lot A, Lot B, Lot D, or CRG West at posted rates.
What to expect on the field
Players sign autographs along the sidelines after outdoor practices, with different position groups available each day.
Quarterback Joe Burrow and the full roster reported by July 28, with no holdouts. The only notable absence is defensive tackle B.J. Hill, who is on the physically unable to perform list recovering from offseason surgery, according to ESPN. Head coach Zac Taylor enters his eighth season with a revamped defense after the Bengals missed the playoffs three consecutive years.
Burrow posted on Instagram on July 28: "Offseason '26. See you on the battlefield."
Left tackle Orlando Brown Jr., entering his fourth season with the club, told Bengals.com the roster's chemistry stands apart from prior years.
Season ticket member practices
Four additional practices are exclusive to Season Ticket Members and Waitlist Members (ticket required):
- Saturday, August 1 (10:10 a.m.–noon)
- Thursday, August 6 (10:10 a.m.–noon)
- Sunday, August 9 (Club Members only, 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.)

The NFL's league-wide "Back Together Weekend" falls on August 1–2, with youth flag football programming and family activities at the Bengals' site, per the NFL.
