Princeton City Schools families with children in grades 3 through 8 can attend a free math festival at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College on Saturday, Oct. 10.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Student Activities Center, 4200 Clermont College Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103. Families can come and go throughout the morning. Students and their parents or guardians will find hands-on math games and activities at the festival, according to the district's announcement.

Families are asked to register by Saturday, Oct. 3. The registration link is tinyurl.com/UCMathFest2026. The first 200 families to register will receive a free T-shirt.

Princeton City Schools posted the announcement on Monday, Sept. 14, across pages for Evendale Elementary, Woodlawn Elementary, Sharonville Elementary, Springdale Elementary, Glendale Elementary, Heritage Hill Elementary, Lincoln Heights Elementary, Stewart Elementary and Princeton Community Middle School. The district described the festival as a chance for students to explore math through play and curiosity with friends and family.

UC Clermont College, a regional campus of the University of Cincinnati in the Batavia area, is hosting the event. The festival is not limited to Princeton families. Cincinnati Public Schools also promoted it on its social media account on Sept. 6, encouraging third- through eighth-graders across the region to attend.
