More than 200 vendors will fill the Sharonville Convention Center starting Friday, Nov. 6, when the new Sharonville Holiday Market opens its doors for a three-day run.
The market, presented by General Electric Credit Union, runs through Sunday, Nov. 8, at 11355 Chester Rd. in Sharonville. It is the first of two holiday shopping weekends organized by Marketplace Events LLC this season, according to the event's official website.
Shoppers can browse handmade gifts, apparel, jewelry, gourmet foods, holiday décor and personalized items from local and regional sellers spread across two levels of the convention center, EverythingCincy reported.
Hero Day offers free Sunday entry
Sunday, Nov. 8, is Hero Day. Active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, healthcare workers and first responders can attend free of charge by presenting a valid ID at the box office. The offer applies only to the individual, not family members, and is valid during regular Sunday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to the market's website.

What else is inside
SPCA Cincinnati volunteers will staff a complimentary package check at the market, holding shoppers' bags so they can browse hands-free. Donations to the animal rescue group are welcome, according to the market's blog.
A Miller's Furniture Winter Wonderland Lounge, exclusive to the Sharonville show, offers seating for shoppers.
The convention center has 1,000 parking spaces. Drivers can reach it from I-75 by taking the Sharon Road exit (No. 15).
Two-market discount
Shoppers who buy an advance online ticket to the Sharonville market receive $5 off general admission to the Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market, which runs Nov. 20–22 at the First Financial Center downtown with more than 400 vendors. The discount works in reverse, too: an advance online ticket to the downtown show knocks $5 off Sunday general admission in Sharonville.
