The Sharonville Holiday Market opens Friday, Nov. 6, at the Sharonville Convention Center for a three-day run of local vendor shopping, special ticket sessions and a free-admission day for service members and first responders.

Marketplace Events LLC is hosting the event at 11355 Chester Road. It is the first of two holiday markets the organization plans this season, according to a Journal-News guide to area holiday shopping events.

The market features local vendors across three days with different hours each day, according to the event's official website. General admission runs 12:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Adult tickets cost $15 when purchased online in advance. The price rises to $16 starting opening day. Tickets must be purchased online. Children 12 and under get in free.

Early access and Girls Night Out

Shoppers willing to pay more can get a head start. A VIP Shopper Morning session runs Friday from 9 a.m. to noon for $30. An Early Bird Admission session opens Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. for $20. Strollers, wagons and carts are not allowed during those early sessions.

Girls Night Out tickets are $10 and cover Friday or Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Hero Day: free admission Sunday

Sunday, Nov. 8, is Hero Day. Active military personnel, veterans, police officers, firefighters, healthcare workers and first responders can attend free of charge by presenting a valid ID at the box office. The free admission applies only to the individual, not family members, and is valid during regular Sunday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The convention center offers 1,000 parking spaces onsite. Drivers coming from the south can take I-75 North to the Sharon Road exit, turn left on Sharon Road, then right on Chester Road.
