Student-athletes across the Princeton school district have two remaining chances to get their required OHSAA physical before fall sports begin: Thursday, July 23, and Friday, July 24, at the Student-Based Health Center in Viking Village.

Princeton Athletics announced the added dates on Sunday, July 19, on X, noting that physicals are required for all middle school and high school athletes who plan to compete in fall sports. The announcement covers both Princeton High School and Princeton Community Middle School participants.

How to schedule

Students should check their email from Final Forms for a link to book an appointment. The fee is $10, payable in cash or via insurance card.

The original physical schedule, posted June 7 on the Princeton City Schools website, listed drop-in appointments from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a lunch closure from noon to 12:30 p.m. Those hours have not been restated for the newly added July 23 and July 24 sessions, so families should confirm timing through their Final Forms scheduling link.

What to bring

For families in Evendale, Woodlawn, Sharonville, and Springdale, the checklist is short: check Final Forms email for the scheduling link, bring $10 cash or an insurance card, and head to the Student-Based Health Center in Viking Village.

Both an updated Final Forms profile and a current physical are required before any athlete can take the field or court this fall.

Earlier dates already passed

Princeton originally offered physicals on June 11, June 25, and July 9, according to the district's June 7 announcement.

Looking ahead to fall

Separately, Princeton City Schools said in a July 10 statement that a proposed Princeton vs. Moeller football game at Paycor Stadium remains under discussion and would require Board of Education approval before becoming official.

The Vikings' fall season will also feature updated facilities at Princeton High School Stadium, where a three-story fieldhouse, new parking, a practice field, and a visitor team building are on track for completion in fall 2026, according to the district.
