Indiana Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell, averaging a career-best 23.3 points per game, will play in her fourth consecutive WNBA All-Star Game on July 25, at the United Center in Chicago.

Mitchell, 30, will suit up for Team Coop, captained by Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers, after being selected as the team's third overall pick in the All-Star draft. She received 665,377 fan votes, ninth overall among all WNBA players.

Princeton corridor fans know the 5-foot-8 point guard well. Mitchell starred at Princeton High School in Sharonville, where she averaged 25.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 4.0 steals per game as a senior in 2013-14. She won the Ohio Gatorade Player of the Year award and a McDonald's All-American selection before heading to Ohio State.

Her crowning moment as a Viking came March 15, 2014, when she poured in 30 points to lift Princeton past Hoover 61-55 for the school's first state title since 1987.

Mitchell enters the All-Star break on a tear. She scored 33 points on 10-of-14 shooting in Indiana's 108-88 win over the New York Liberty on July 18, and dropped 30 the night before in a 110-107 victory over Seattle, according to ESPN. That gave her back-to-back 30-point games for the first time in her career and extended her streak of consecutive 20-point games to 10.

She added 23 points July 22, as the Fever routed Connecticut 123-88 to set a franchise scoring record. Indiana enters the break at 17-10, atop the Eastern Conference.

Two Fever teammates join Mitchell in Chicago. Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston will play for Team Spoon, giving Indiana three All-Stars.

Mitchell's professional resume keeps growing. She was the second overall pick in the 2018 WNBA Draft, earned All-Rookie honors that year, and was named to the All-WNBA First Team following the 2025 season. In March, ESPN's Chiney Ogwumike reported Mitchell signed a $1.4 million supermax agreement with the Fever.

Before turning pro, Mitchell was a three-time Big Ten Player of the Year at Ohio State and finished as the program's all-time leading scorer with 3,402 points. She won the Dawn Staley Award as the nation's best college guard in 2018.

Mitchell is also scheduled to appear at WNBA Live, the league's interactive fan festival at McCormick Place in Chicago on July 24.
